Something So Perfect by Natasha Madison (Amazon | B&N | Kobo) is the story of Matthew, previously seen in Something So Right. No worries, this is a standalone. Karrie doesn’t know what she’s signing up for when she’s assigned as Matthew’s, the NHL’s bad boy, chaperone. Hilarious banter and many emotional moments, it’s a story sport romance fans will love.

After the Game by Abbi Glines (Amazon | B&N | Kobo) is the third in her YA series centered on a small town and their football team. The small town was quick to turn on Riley when she accused the town golden boy of a heinous crime. But, she’s back and with that is the evidence of what happened. Riley knows her truth but is the town ready to acknowledge it? Brady didn’t do everything he could to protect Riley, when he sees her again he realizes he may have supported the wrong person. This small town novel challenges individual views and sets up a romance that is sweet and supportive.

Only His by Madison Rose

Only His by Madison Rose (Amazon | B&N | Kobo) is a quick novella that is sure to keep your summer hot. An alphatastic hero, he’s a famous actor who meets his match in studious Emma.

Lani Lynn Vale’s Beard Up (Amazon | B&N | Kobo) is the sixth book in the Dixie Warden Rejects series. This was a highly anticipated book in the series as the origin of the main character, Ghost, was shrouded in mystery. Ghost is heavily scarred from a horrific experience and was torn from his family. It was a second chance story that upped the ante for the Dixie Warden’s while also bringing the romance. Ghost’s reconnection with his past was enthralling and emotional.

In the Crease by Toni Aleo (Amazon | B&N | Kobo) battles an inheritance stipulation and self-doubts. It’s the 12th book in the Assassins series but each can be read as a standalone. Wren has found herself in a jam, she’s pregnant and in order to get her inheritance she needs a fake husband and baby daddy. Jensen, her brother’s best friend, steps into the role with his own stipulation – giving their relationship a real shot. Wren accepts but it’s a wild journey into self-acceptance and opening herself up to love.

Fallen Heir by Erin Watt

Fallen Heir by Erin Watt (Amazon | B&N | Kobo) is the first in the Duology for Easton Royal and it is just as addicting as the previous Royals books. Fallen Heir further expands the Royals story into more drama and high school antics. Easton may have met his match with Hartley but some things just might seem too good to be true.  Easton is the go-to for a good time but, when he pushes too hard on his limits, will it all come crashing down?

Wild Card by Karina Halle (Amazon | B&N | Kobo) is a Canadian cowboy story that is an emotional second chance story and the start to a new series. Shane and Rachel grew up together and were the golden couple. Until one night when Shane tears it all apart. But, is all as it seems to be? Now that Rachel has returned to their small town, secrets will be overturned and their lives may never be the same.
