What’s the Most Unique “Journey” You’ve Read?

Romance isn't about the ending—that's a guarantee—it's about the journey, and how the couple gets there. With so many possibilities, what story have you read that you felt was truly unique?

For an unusual road to HEA, I remember Alina Adam's "Annie's Wild Ride". It's a second chance at love story with legitimate reasons why the first go-around didn't work and an incredible road back to each other. Two airforce pilots couldn't make a go of their marriage the first time around. Now the mother and daughter are missing and father will break every rule in the book to get them back. Great story.
