What Romance Author Are You Most Thankful For?

Starting tomorrow, those of us at H&H will be taking a few days break to gather round with our families to celebrate Thanksgiving. We'll say what we're thankful for, gorge ourselves on food, and maybe take a nap. Since we'll be missing you on the exact holiday, my question to you today is: What romance authors are you most thankful for? Why?

Let me know in the comments!

(Note: I know you'll miss the Morning Coffee questions terribly, but they'll be back on Monday—once again asking the tough questions!)

Today I'll be thankful for Her Naughty Holiday (a book taking place at Thanksgiving!) because it has all the things I love in a romance: Tiffany Reisz, fake relationships, single dads, and dudes with beards.

Also thankful for:
Kresley Cole
Christina Lauren
Jennifer Probst
Tessa Dare
Sarah Maclean
Julia Quinn

I really enjoyed her Her Naughty Holiday. I liked that the hero was older than the usual late 20s/early 30s. Great dad, too!

I can't pick just one, so I am thankful for the authors who take up the most space on my keeper shelves:

Julia Quinn
Mary Balogh
Grace Burrowes
Theresa Romain
Emily March

Happy Thanksgiving, you all!

I'm most thankful for Julia Quinn, my comfort read, who has gotten me through many tough times. I'm also thankful to have recently discovered Grace Burrowes (and equally thankful that she has a great backlist for me to glom!) and rediscovered Mary Balough.

And a big thank you to all the wonderful authors out there writing their hearts out for us fans! You rock, and we love you!
