What Non-Book Gifts are the Best?

Chances are good, if you read a lot of books, people will try to give you books for the holidays (and we want to remind you that Books are Not On Your Holiday List).

Perhaps, instead of that, you could steer them towards non-book gifts for readers—gifts like tee-shirts with phrases from favorite authors, bookmarks, reading lights, etc.

If you've given or gotten any of these type of non-book gifts for readers, which were the best? What are you hoping for this holiday?

You know, honestly I haven't bought anyone a non- book gift. I almost always send gift certificates from Amazon or Barnes and Noble if they have a Nook. I have sent audio books out as gifts from Audible which is tricky because you can't give a credit, you have to give a title - (Audible, you need to change this !)

I have had my eye on a leather cover for my Kindle - which I think would make a great gift! I have been looking at Amazon covers and ones from Oberson Designs.

I think I am going to end up buying it for myself.

Gift certificates are different than actually choosing the book though, Scarlettleigh--I would have NO problem with getting funds towards books of my own choosing!
I do want this:

@MFrampton, I've been wanting that T-Shirt for forever! I think the next best thing for me are movies. When putting together a wish-list I try and include things that I want and aren't too hard to come by but that I wouldn't buy for myself otherwise.

These look like fun gifts for a book lover.
