Team H&H is “Holding Out For a Hero” with Kristen Ashley, Sarina Bowen, and Lorraine Heath

Did you miss us at Romantic Times Booklovers Convention? We missed you too! We love the chance to meet authors and readers when we're away at conference and one of our favorite things to do is our panel where we get to talk to the most beloved authors in the genre about their heroes! Check out our Facebook Live video of our panel, “Holding Out For a Hero,” with authors Lorraine Heath, Kristen Ashley, and Sarina Bowen from this year's convention in Atlanta, Georgia!

And we wouldn't be Heroes and Heartbreakers if we weren't sniffing out news while we were there! On our panel, Sarina Bowen shared that she would be releasing her next book, Hello Forever on July 14, and that she was working on the fourth book in the True North series. If that's not enough, Kristen Ashley shared she would be returning to the Chaos series later this year, but left us with a tease of The Farthest Edge when she revealed the exclusive three chapter excerpt with us!

So what did you think of the points these authors made about their heroes? What was your favorite thing to learn?

Tell us about it in the comments!

H&H Debriefing: Gothic Heroes!

Another day, another way to follow H&H—we're now on YouTube! Subscribe to the HeroesnHearts channel to catch weekly Debriefings in which Team H&H's Heather, Megan, and Jenn discuss what's hot in romance.

In this week's episode, we tackle Susan Elizabeth Phillips' Heroes Are My Weakness, which Megan is reading now and for which H&H has a sexy excerpt here, with a guest post from SEP herself to come on Monday. Then the convo turns to our general love of Gothic romances and their delicously brooding heroes.

Missed last week's? Catch up on our chat about identifying as romance fans here; we'd love to hear your experiences too!

*Note: For some reason Heather says our SEP excerpt is from Chapter 3 but she's crazy so just ignore that; it's a selected scene from later on in the book.
