Friday Beefcake: Chris Pratt

Chris Pratt for Men's HealthBy now, everyone has seen or read about Chris Pratt's amazing body transformation for his role as Star-Lord in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. At first, Pratt was given a hard time for his body pictures he shared on social media...and his regrettable male version of a duck face. Now, however, people are sitting up and taking notice of the body Pratt shows off in GotG. And we're happy to help him celebrate his lifestyle change and body transformation—as well as the success of Guardians of the Galaxy at the box office!

Do you like Chris Pratt's new transformation (both in his career shift from comedian to action star, and his body)?

And for more Chris-ness, hear him talk about his weight loss with a fan at a Yahoo!/Tumblr Q&A session:

GoTG was fantastic. Hilarious, well written and acted, and an amazing soundtrack. His transformation is amazing, and he looks great, but he was already cute. Good for him!

I find him adorable ever since he played Bright in Everwood. Remember? He was my favorite in the show. :)

@MariaC: oh my god I totally forgot about Everwood--and that Chris Pratt was in it!! Uuuughhh! Fall over dead! I've always loved Chris Pratt--Parks & Rec being my main experience.

(and the answer to this question, is no, i will not move over)

@JenniferProffitt -- I know, that was ages ago!! Everwood wasn't even the best show, and it is very forgettable -- I remember almost nothing of it. But Bright and his curly hair, I remember clearly. I don't know; I guess he was just more relatable than the other characters.

@MariaC, tis true. I actually have no idea what I liked about the show outside of all of the angst with Ephram and Amy (who I had to google to remind myself about)

And I think Treat Williams might have been my first silver-fox crush.
