10 Signs You’re Addicted to Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Dark-Hunter Series

With a series that shows no signs of slowing down, Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Dark-Hunter series has made for some amazing reading. And some Menyons are obsessed. Are you wondering if you’re a Menyon or just a reader? Here’s a surefire way to know if you’re a Menyon:

1. When you hear the words “BBQ sauce” or “QVC,” you immediately think of the Simi and wish she was around. In all honesty, you really wish she were your best friend.

2. You’ve never been to New Orleans, but you can pronounce “beignet” properly and crave them every time you read a Dark-Hunter novel. Drool. Bonus points if you know what a Menyon is.

3. You want to learn to surf because you are hoping to find your very own Savitar.

4. You wish you knew brothers half as sexy as Acheron and Styxx.

8. You can keep track of every single character's storyline even when you can’t remember what you had for dinner or where your keys are.

9. You’re rocking a bow and arrow tattoo, your child is named after a character, and/or have a personalized license plate because of the series.

10. You are prepared in the event that your neighbor is actually a Daimon.

How many on the list are you guilty of? What are other signs you're a Dark-Hunter addict?

I would add to the list......Having the playlist for each single book downloaded and on repeat while you read said book.

When you hear the song " Sweet Home Alabama", you look to see who is running away from the drool worthy 7 foot goth. (And yes, I catch myself doing it all the time :-) )

I'm definitely a Menton! I have the bow & arrow, & Ash's symbol as tattoos, have every one of her books, a Simi doll, & a cat named Simi. Plus, for the past 6 yrs, I've dressed up as Simi for Halloween. No one created a world & characters like Sherri!

My next tattoo is going to be a double bow and arrow! I can't wait!!!!

I'm a Menyon, and proud of it! I'm also a Louisiana native, and even though I know Sanctuary isn't real, every time I'm on Ursulines in the Quarter I look for it anyway...

You know what K-Con is and you've been to every one of them!

I am 9 out of 10 and have been a proud Menyon since the beginning.

Right Lana! The very beginning, when there was a BBS, walking tours of New Orleans given by Sherri herself, helping Sherri organize party decorations for K-Con, Lunch at Brennan's, Private parties at the Dungeon, and just sitting down and bonding with a couple hundred people who shared your love of the worlds Sherri created. That's why I call our K-Con Minions, Original Minions.
