What’s the Most Memorable Way a Heroine Has Called the Hero Out on Something?

Recently, doing press for Spiderman 2, actor Andrew Garfield was called out by his co-star (and real-life partner) Emma Stone for his “casual sexism.” During a Q&A session, a young fan asked Garfield how Spiderman got his costume, and Garfield replied,

He made it. He made it with his bare hands.

...

It's kind of a feminine thing to do, but he really made a very masculine costume out of a very feminine...

Emma: Feminine how?

At which point Garfield assumes she's thinking he was using 'feminine' as an insult, and she replies, No, I'm not taking it as an insult, I'm asking how it's feminine.

Garfield backtracks on his comment, but the exchange made us wonder about other fictional instances where the heroine calls BS on something the hero has said—what's the most memorable examples?

Thanks to Heather for the post idea!

I always thought Pepper did a good job keeping Iron Man in line!
