Styxx by Sherrilyn KenyonEven though your To Be Read pile is taller than the Empire State Building, you're looking forward to a book that hasn't been released yet—so what is it?

Well, I have two: Julia Spencer-Fleming's Through The Evil Days, due out on 11/5/2013 and Diana Gabaldon's Written in My Own Heart's Blood, due out 12/10/2013. Both will require a day off from work in order to enjoy them fully (well, maybe two for Diana's book).

Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh is releasing in 29 days, not that I'm counting or anything. I'm taking the day off to inhale it and then re-read it. Then I will find my online friends to discuss it to re-live the book. This a book that will need to be analyzed.
I also am looking forward to Meljean Brook's Guardian Demon in August. I hear that book is long so I will also taking a that Tuesday off to enjoy it.

My favorite ongoing series. I'm like a puppy with his tongue hanging out for the next doggie treat when it comes to these books!

MacRieve by Kresley Cole for me (no surprise there!). It's really the only book I pay attention to pre-release as I'm not that big into pre-ordering. Even though I'm not super invested in Uilleam's story, I want to see where it goes since whenever KC breaks pattern, it's a) for a good cause and b) it usually means she's introducing a new arc and what with the Order Prison pretty thoroughly destroyed, I'm super excited to see where it goes.

Also looking forward to Faking It by Cora Carmack. I'm loving New Adult and I can't wait to see what happens next in that story!

It doesn't release until Jan. 28, 2014, but I'm all about Up From the Grave, the next Night Huntress book.

I'm also eager for the Terrible novella from Stacia Kane and The Fiery Heart by Richelle Mead.

Heart of Obsidian. If there wasn't a moritorium on PTO at my day job, I'd take the day off. I may call in sick anyway.

Also really looking forward to the next Elemental Assassin book at the end of August, and after the ending of Grave Memory, I NEED TO KNOW what happens between Alex and Death and Fallon in Grave Visions.
