Which Hero Gives the Best Kisses?

Which hero seems to be best kisser? (Note: not the hero you'd most like to kiss, that's entirely different!)

“One day you will kiss a man you can't breathe without, and find that breath is of little consequence.”—Bloodfever by Karen Marie Moning

So who’s got the best kissing skills in romance novels? Quotes are welcome!

Oh, I don't know. I have to admit that I have never thought of that. I think I am more caught by the flirtatious dialog and humor or honest emotion. If an author can make me believe that there is a true connection between the heroine and hero then the sex scenes sizzle. Plus if she creates a sense of yearning - -
I am sure I have many favorites but here is one by Sarah Mayberry from The Other Side of Us

She stepped forward, one hand landing on his shoulder to steady herself as she pressed a kiss to his cheek. It was the second time she'd kissed him like this, the second time she'd felt the rasp of his five-o'clock shadow beneath her lips, and she had to fight the very inappropriate lure to linger over the task.
He smelled good, like warm skin and amber and spices, and his shoulder felt very solid beneath her hand
She let her hand drop to her side. His hand reached out to catch it before she would withdraw. Their gazes locked as his fingers wove with hers. For a long beat they simply stared at each other.
"Mackenzie Williams," he said, so softly it was barely more than a whisper.
Then he leaned forward and pressed his lips to hers.
The world stood still. Her heart stuttered in her chest. She forgot to breathe. Then his mouth moved against hers and heat exploded . . .

That's a good question. I always get chills when there's the perfect amount of anticipation to a kiss.
The first hero that comes to mind is Bones from Jeaniene Frost's Nighthuntress series. He just does everything with so much fierceness and confidence and he has so much love and passion for the heroine that every kiss feels like the first for the reader (well me, at least.) ;0)
