Lights Out! Favorite Meet-Cute?

The blackout during the Super Bowl on Sunday inspired some brilliant tweeting, most of it talking about the game, not romance  (even though two brothers on opposite sides sounds like the perfect set-up for a contemporary romance series!)

But at least one person, actor Mindy Kaling, suggested that the blackout would be the perfect set-up for a 'meet-cute' set during the Super Bowl.

What's your favorite meet-cute in a romance novel?

I saw that tweet--Mindy's so awesome.

Ya know, I'm a fan of meet-cutes, but I really can't think of a favorite. Huh.

So, forgive my ignorance (I seem to ask that a lot around here...) but what is a meet-cute?

@cmorgan -- Pretty much what it sounds like: a cute meeting between a future couple in a movie or something, where you kind of immediately know that they're Meant to Be.

To quote Arthur in The Holiday:
Say a man and a woman both need something to sleep in and both go to the same men's pajama department. The man says to the salesman, "I just need bottoms," and the woman says, "I just need a top." They look at each other and that's the 'meet cute.'
Actually...Serendipity uses pretty much that exact setup, doesn't it?

The Proposition by Judith Ivory.
Lord Ramsey and Cat first meeting was in Seduce Me by Sunrise, second book of The Hathaways series by Lisa Kleypas. It involves one ferret, cursing and hilarious banter- you just know they're meant to be. ;)
It's not cosidered romance book, but who can forget ''Here, kitty, kitty'' when Kate and Curran see each other for very first time?
