What are You Thankful For?

Michael Fassbender and Mia Wasikowska in Jane Eyre

With the Thanksgiving holiday looming, it's a good time to reflect on what we are all thankful for. Here at Heroes and Heartbreakers, we're thankful for books, Happy Ever Afters, the H&H community, active readers, Jeremy Renner, the joy of discovering new authors, the constant assessment of the romance genre, its growing popularity, David Gandy, 'shipping, and Dr. Who.

To mention just a few.

What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for my awesome kids (especially my delightful daughter and my sweet sweet son), my hubby, my BackUp, the troops and first responders who keep us safe, and H&H who makes me smile, cry and/or think. Happy Thanksgiving to all, from SK in FL!!!

I'm thankful for family, friends, good health, food on the table, a pleasant home, and books (definitely books). I'm also grateful for a good public library system.

I'm thankful for my family and my health. I'm also thankful for H&H who keeps me up-to-date on all the books I need to read and all the happenings in my favorite genre.

I am thankful for my parental units (a little jokey name I call my mom and dad), my brothers (one of whom is stationed in Korea this Thanksgiving) and their families, and for my mom's good cooking (yum) and being able to be there to eat it. I am thankful for my friends and my extended family. I am thankful for a bountiful blessing of good books to read (my TBR pile is sky high) and as someone else said a good public library system (or else my TBR pile would be miniscule). And thanks H&H for keeping me in the know and making me smile.
