Admission: A Serious Romantic Comedy?

The first trailer for Admission, starring Tina Fey and Paul Rudd, looks like a romantic comedy that tackles issues more substantive than who the heroine should fall in love with next. Admission is the story of a college admissions officer at Princeton who goes on a recruiting trip, meets a cute single dad (Rudd) and also a young student who may or may not be her son. Tina Fey plays someone very...Tina Fey-like, but it also seems like she's pushing herself a bit. Paul Rudd is just adorable, as always.

Admission will be released March 8.

It does look like fun, especially for those of us who've been through the admissions process as parents and (thankfully!) have it behind us.[g] Tina Fey and Paul Rudd look like a good match.

I'd watch that. I was particularly grateful for the lack of inspiring music in that trailer--only a few notes now and then.... Darlene, I'm envious. Very, very.
