Downton Abbey Season 3 to Debut September 16, 2012, in the U.K.!

ITV network in the United Kingdom has not confirmed a premiere date as of today, but earlier we spied this tweet from Hugh Bonneville, who plays Lord Grantham on Downton Abbey:

Thanks for the tip, Hugh! H&H will be recapping the episodes as they air in the United Kingdom beginning September 16, and then rerunning the recaps when the show returns to the United States on January 6, 2013. In the meantime, PBS has just released this Season 3 preview:
