What Did You Get Today? What Are You Reading First?

I ordered all of those books, including Amanda Stevens's Kingdom and Stacy Jay's Blood on the Bayou - I couldn't help it. I'll end up as homeless woman with books. I already informed my family and friends that I'll be in my read-cave next few weeks, oblivious to their non fiction stories and that they shouldn't call police if I'm not answering my phone.:)

I got the Ward, and the Kane, but can't get to either one of them for awhile. But honestly, it's enough to know I own them. Happy Release Day!

I bought Duran's At Your Pleasure and will be buying Stacey Jay's Blood on the Bayou. Still on the fence with Lover Reborn.

With my limitted budget I can only get so many new books, usually the ones I'll keep, (space is a concern!) I'm getting "Bear Meets Girl" by Shelly Laurenston today and will have to wait for the others to make it to me from the library. I think I'm top-of-the-list in 3 of them.

I got A Week to Be Wicked, and will probably read At Your Pleasure and Confessions from an Arranged Marriage at some point. I'm currently working my way through the BDB series for the first time (waiting on #4 from the library), so it'll be awhile before I get to Lover Reborn, but I'll get there eventually.

For me: Sacrificial Magic is a must (yes, I've read it -- you guys saw my Fresh Meat post). Stacey Jay's Blood on the Bayou is my current read. And I'm picking up Lover Reborn, even though I'm so nervous about reading it I'll probably let it sit on a shelf for a few weeks.

I'm still wading through my earlier purchases: Harrison, Briggs, Novik etc.

I wish I could buy Bronwyn Parry's Thursday release (she does wicked good suspense--and I don't even like suspense much) but I think it's only out in Australia again.

I'm dying to read Wicked As They Come by Delilah S. Dawson, along with Sacrificial Magic, of course!

The Saint by Monica McCarty is also another auto-buy for me.

I bought A Cowboy Takes A Bride by Lori Wilde. Actually, I preordered it last week and it was delivered to my kindle this morning. I like cowboy stories and I like the way Lori Wilde writes. I don't know when I'll actually get to reading it because I still have a basket full of unread Harlequin's and Wilde's Twilight Texas trilogy complete at home. Last week, I just got one of Harlequin's medical drama--Syndey Harbor Hospital: Dr. Luca's Bad Girl.

I also borrowed Suzanne Brockman's The Kissing Game from the library today.

I bought Lori Foster's A Perfect Storm, Shelly Laurenston's Bear Meets Girl, and Rebecca Zanetti's Tempted. I bought Cherise Sinclair's Winter of the Wolf yesterday, and I loved it. Not getting too much work done!

I got "Shadow's Fall" by Dianne Sylvan which I am reading first. I also decided to try "Wicked as they Come" by Delilah Dawson. After I read those I'm onto the new Meridith Duran. Love when lots of new books come out!

I am almost (and I mean this literally) sleeping at the office this week so reading is taking a back seat....I am actually eating a quick lunch while catching up. I knew this would be a bad week, but I am traveling coast-to-coast next week so will have reading time. Downloaded both Lover Reborn and Sacrificial Magic on Tuesday morning but can't start them yet!! I'm re-reading the BDB books and am only up to Rehv's book (must read faster!!!). Got to finish those first, then devour Tohr's book and then onto Chess!! YAY!
