Let’s Get Physical! Getting Fit and Slim

We’re nearly six weeks into 2012—more than time enough to have fallen off the diet wagon. And with Valentine’s Day, with all of its accompanying chocolate, coming next week, what better time to put a little effort into getting fit and slim?

“Keep your knees absolutely rigid!” (that’s what she said!)
