Conan Gets His Barbarian On in the New Conan the Barbarian Trailer!

Just released is a new R-rated (meaning there’s lots of blood) red-band trailer for Conan the Barbarian, starring Game of Thrones’ Khal Drogo, Jason Momoa.

He’s got less eye make-up here (darn! Loved that kohl!), but at least he speaks English, not just Dothraki. And at least he still wears no shirt!

Fast forward to 1:06 to see Conan get his barbarian on with his love interest, Tamara.

(Don’t click if you are squeamish, please. There’s A LOT of blood).

That might be the most violent trailer I've ever seen. But you're absolutely right about that short glimpse of love scene. Too bad I'd have to watch the whole movie just to see that part.

I love how the love interest yells "Conan!" the way I yell to get my 11-year-old's attention when he needs to clean his room. Can I say that this looks like a vast improvement over the original, which I will admit to seeing in the theater in high school because, geek, obviously. Also agree the lack of Khal Kohl is a minus, but more than made up for by the lack of clothes.

That was a serious amount of blood, and a serious hunk of man. He is just ridiculous. I loved the original of this movie. Not sure I'm sold on this one, but would see it for other obvious reasons. :)

does someone have an extra drool bib?? he is hot!! in game of thrones and no doubt is smokin as conan.. will watch just for eye candy...
